We could not have been more pleased with the work completed for us by Loyal Construction!!! We had several major projects that needed to be completed on a tight timeline for three properties. Without Tyler’s professionalism, leadership and ability to exceed our expectations, we would not have been successful!! Tyler is a strong communicator, he kept us informed every step of the way for complete bathroom, kitchen and basement remodel, including whole house carpet removal! Tyler personally met with us at Wolff Bros. Supply to choose and purchase the major elements for the remodel, he also met with us at locally owned construction supply companies. He and his team went above and beyond to work with us by sending photos at various price points from the big box stores for tub / shower enclosure, luxury vinyl flooring and trim options. Tyler and the Loyalty Team really came through while being out of state. We needed to have a list of items that needed to be addressed prior to selling our home. Tyler was able to re-arrange his team’s schedule and move us up. We trusted Tyler and his team to assess and compete this work while not being onsite. As previously mentioned, Tyler is an excellent communicator. Through open conversations, texts, photos, and his recommendations, we were able to meet the buyer’s expectations to close the sale! So grateful for this company. We had contacted them back in September after the big storms in August that flooded our basement. The quote was high for us at the time but wish we would have gone for them in the beginning. We hired a contractor from Facebook instead. Long story short they did a shotty job and left us high and dry. So we contacted Loyal Construction. I am so glad we did. They were very prompt and have gone above and beyond for us. It’s one thing to tell someone you’ll work with them, it’s another to actually show it. Tyler is always available via text or phone call. He is fair and does his due diligence. Derek works under him and is the one doing the work for us. He is incredible! Please. If you need work done call them. It’s hard to find fair and respectful contractors. Take my word for it.
